An Irish Family Reunion
When a client wanted a unique centerpiece for his Irish Family Reunion, we used photographs and memories to create a gingerbread replica of the family homestead in Galway, Ireland.
Every detail of the family home and ranch was duplicated using gingerbread, dry cereal, candy, chocolate and royal icing.

The family property included a shrine at the rear of the property, recreated using dried herbs, royal icing and fondant.

The rock barn reproduced using rock chocolates, the main roof using shredded wheat and an icy snow blankets the property.

In celebration of over 50 years of The Garibaldina Society clubhouse in Los Angeles, a gingerbread reproduction of the hall was commissioned for their holiday display.
Caramels were used to create the beautiful brickwork on the front of the building.
CUSTOM HOME, SHADOW HILLS, CA
As their main holiday decoration, a contractor wanted a gingerbread replica of his newly finished custom home.
The client wanted not only the house but the landscaping, swimming pool and cabana replicated as well.
We used a variety of elements to re-create this magnificent estate. Even the smallest details were documented and recreated.
The front entrance complete with "wrought iron" gates made from gum paste, glass light sconces and lush greenery.
The panoramic estate was four-sided, used a s a center display. The pool and gazebo, carefully crafted with candy and fondant tiles.
Both the interior and exterior of this beautiful house was lighted, including exterior landscaping lights.
